10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gl77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.5 gl77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.
11.1 gl77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, gl77 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, gl77 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
11.3 You may close your gl77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees, if any) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed or terminated.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and gl77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our customer support team at the details provided in Section 14 to initiate this process.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
12.4 For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or bonus calculations, gl77's records shall be considered prima facie evidence of the facts in question, unless you can demonstrate a clear technical error.
